Logging out, power cycling and wiping memory cache does the job. I unpluged my console for 5 mins then it stopped giving me the error.
If that doesnt work then guess you have to wait till they fix it. There was another option that allowed me to keep installed games saves being on the cloud , and all that came out of restarting to factory settings was needing to put back in my microsoft account details.
