Joined Oct 26, Messages 2, I have used OE for my e-mail since dirt or so it seems! I always like the fact that OE supported separate identities, which allowed me to keep my business addresses separate from my personal addresses.
But the separate identities have a downside: You have to switch between identities to see what's come into each identities Inbox, and when you're in one identity, you can't see what's happening in the other s. So I decided it was time to bite the bullet and switch to Windows Live Mail which I have on my Win 7 laptop and just installed it.
To my surprise, I notice there was no ribbon at the top like there is on my Win 7 laptop. I looked for several minutes for a "view" option that would show the ribbon. Doesn't exist. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're using Windows XP, we recommend that you upgrade to Windows 7. However, it appears that not every feature is available: to wit, the ribbon and icons in place of text on the toolbar.
