I'm hoping someone else here has encountered the same problem. I need to resolve this issue since the computer is a POS and requires the use of the other printer ports.
Another operative has been dealing with this unit however he has been taken ill and I'm looking into this matter. He has been speaking to the supplier and it seems that they're clueless anyway, so i'd rather not waste my time with them. Hello, Do u think installing the printer drivers is the solution?
I downloaded the drivers from hp site Test print is the only option to my knowledge. You do not need printer drivers. It is the port card that needs a driver. Did the card come with a driver CD?
